Aquired in July of 2001 with 51,000 miles, this truck took us all the way around the Gulf and East coasts. The truck is equipped with a 302 V8(215 hp. 288 torque.) 3.55:1 gears, and All Wheel Drive. This comes in handy during the winter months during massive snow fall. Still being AWD it gets 17-18+ mpg. Almost 20 on the trip. My estimated 0-60 is in the low to mid 8 second range. The Explorer has flipped 100,000 miles. Spark plugs and the belt are replaced.

 

102,000 Front shocks are finally replaced. With some Goodyear GSA's
